A rare 'Famulus' armchair designed by J.P Hully and made by P.E. Gane of Bristol. This model features the distinctive double-bowed, steam-bent birch arms, offering a more substantial and well-proportioned design compared to the more common version. Marcel Breuer worked with P.E. Gane when he arrived in Britain in 1936. A lovely example of British modernist design. Upholstered in Isle of Bute Bouclé fabric
