This mid-century sideboard, made from weathered French oak, was designed by René Gabriel in the 1940s in France. It was part of a collection of emergency furniture designed for war survivors, evident in its minimalist and practical style. The sideboard includes two storage compartments and five drawers, all of which have acquired a stunning patina over time.
Condition is good, has some slight lifting to the veneer on the top (shown in pictures).
