A rare sculpture done in the style Henri Gaudier-Brzeska's seated woman.
Made from Tuff which is a type of rock made of volcanic ash, you see it used more frequently with mid 20th century lamps, this is the first sculpture I've seen where Tuff rock is used.
Thought to be French in origin circa 1960.
