A substantial and rare example of a ‘Chapel Frame’ or ‘Oxford Frame’ mirror, crafted from high-quality timber traditionally used in Church of England furnishings. Believed to be made from leftover pew wood, these mirrors were once more common—but examples of this size are now increasingly hard to find.
